Technical and Customer Support Person - Portsmouth - £11 - £13k
Our client in Portsmouth is looking for a keen and ambitious support person to join its 24*7 technical phone support function. You must have a minimum of one years IT Supprt or two years call centre experience within a commercial environment, be willing to work shifts and occasional weekends, plus want to learn new IT skills. Must have good knowledge of the internet and its related technologies.
Our client is looking for someone who lives within a 40 minute commute to their offices as there may be times when you are out of hours support from home and be required to come into their offices.
